The mission of the County Medical Services Program (CMSP) is to assist participating counties in meeting their indigent health care responsibilities by partnering with these counties to deliver cost-effective, high quality health care services to CMSP members. Maintaining the fiscal soundness of CMSP is essential for CMSP to fulfill its mission and effectively partner with participating counties to address the health care needs to CMSP members.
