The CMSP Governing Board is pleased to announce the release of the Local Indigent Care Needs Program (LICN Program) Request for Proposals (RFP). This program aims to expand the delivery of locally directed indigent care services for low-income uninsured and under-insured adults that lack access to health, behavioral health, and associated support services in CMSP counties.

Applications are due December 20, 2019

Eligible applicants include CMSP counties and non-profit agency applicants with demonstrated capacity to create and manage a program involving multiple stakeholders. Grant funding from the LICN program is available in two separate program tracks; Planning Project Grants (Track One) of up to $50,000 per project over a 1 year project period, or up to $75,000 if the project serves more than one CMSP county, and Implementation Program Grants (Track Two) of up to $500,000 per year up to a 3 year period (up to $1,500,000 total).
